(in my opinion) I cook quite well, but am not as good at baking, particularly when it comes to rolling anything out. I know it takes practice, but this mat has increased my confidence and enthusiams because it really works. Sticks to the counter to prevent sliding but food items don't stick to it. This item is versatile and easy to clean and takes up little storage space. I love the fact that it's marked for sizes. Truly, buy this item, you won't be disappointed.
